(ANSA) - MONZA, 14 JUN - A 33-year-old man, originally from Sri Lanka, ended up in a coma after falling off his scooter last night in Monza. While he was on the ground lifeless from a severe head trauma, a man approached and stole his electric transport vehicle. Rescuers and agents of the Monza Police Headquarters intervened on the scene of the accident, on suspicion of being run over by a pedestrian.
The 33 year old was admitted to San Gerardo where he is now in the Neurosurgery Department. Looking at the images of the surveillance cameras in the area, the real dynamics of the facts emerged, namely an accidental fall and theft. LaQuestura is investigating to trace the identity of the thief, who would be clearly visible and therefore easily recognizable, in the images captured by the cameras. (HANDLE).
