Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel: parents of two sons

It was probably a surprise for many viewers, even if there had been rumors: In January, singer Justin Timberlake made public on the Ellen DeGeneres talk show that he and his wife, actress Jessica Biel, had once again become parents of a son - and already in July 2020. But apparently the couple had not specifically planned to keep the pregnancy a secret. At least that's what the 39-year-old said in the podcast “Armchair Expert with Dax Shepard”.
"I had a kind of secret Covid baby," Biel said of her son Phineas, who was born in the midst of the corona pandemic. “It wasn't that it should be a secret. It just happened that Covid happened, and then I went to Montana with my family and didn't come back. ”According to media reports, Biel and Timberlake own real estate in New York and Los Angeles as well as a house in Big Sky in the US state Montana, where they spend a lot of time with the family.
Biel shared one concern with many women who became pregnant during the corona crisis: It had long been unclear whether her husband was allowed to be there during the birth.
"I got really nervous," says the actress.
The couple were lucky the hospital changed regulations before the baby was born so Timberlake could be there.
A great relief for Biel: “I think if I had to be there alone it would have been terrible.
I would have been really scared. "
Timberlake and Biel have been married since 2012.
Their son Silas was born in 2015.
The actress was best known for the series "A Heavenly Family", most recently she played in "The Sinner", among others.
Timberlake had his breakthrough with boy band NSYNC.
He is now successful as a solo artist.
