He could no longer free himself on his own: In Zettemin in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, a man died cleaning a combine harvester.
The employee of a local farm got his leg in the running machine on Monday, the police said.
The rescue workers who were called were only able to rescue the man from the combine harvester after an hour and a half.
They then took him to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
According to the police, he died there from his serious injuries.
A third party debt can currently be excluded.
