A few weeks after the Israeli meat festival also known as "Independence Day", and a few days after his cheesy look took over the table, we found ourselves stuck with our eyes (and mouth, and quite a few other organs that are all food cravings) on one small, bastard recipe. And not even a new special.

“whiskitrealgud” is responsible for this juicy sensation called “Brazilian Steak” and went online more than a year ago, made quite a bit of noise and came back during April for another viral visit to our world.
These are - in general terms only, because the pictures here are worth all the words in our arsenal - steak strips, preferably a portion of butchers, which undergo a short and minimal treatment, get a quick version of almost-chimichurri, and give at the end of this leisurely quarter hour something to be called As "the softest, most buttery, juiciest, most gummy, most juicy steak you've ever eaten."
What piece to buy, how to work with it and what is the most delicious?

Preparation
How to make a Brazilian steak?
1 Cut the slice into 3-4 strips.
Dry it slightly with absorbent paper and season it on both sides with flour and pepper.
2 Heat a pan with olive oil over a medium-high flame, until very hot.
Add the chunks and sear them well, about 2-3 minutes on each side (this burning time will give you a medium-rare steak, at your discretion).
Let the meat rest on a plate, and cover with aluminum foil.
3 Melt the butter in a pan over a low flame, then add the crushed garlic.
Stir a little until golden.
Beware of overheating.
4 Pour the butter mixture into a bowl and add a little salt, and the parsley.
Place the meat on a serving plate, and pour the sauce over it.
Serve immediately.
