Sister Marina
, the nun accused of sexually abusing an adolescent within the home of the religious community of the Trinitarian Sisters of Boulogne, will
continue to be detained
in the Alcaidía N ° 3 of La Plata.
The decision was made by the head of the Court of Guarantees No. 3 of San Isidro, Andrea Rodríguez Mentasty, who
denied the request for release

The 64-year-old Colombian nun was arrested on June 9 at the San Miguel headquarters owned by the religious community of the
Trinitarian Sisters
in Argentina.
She is accused of abusing a girl who was 14 years old and

The attacks would have occurred during 2020 and 2021 in the kitchen of the Boulogne headquarters.
