In the Europe building 1, rue des Cévennes, in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, the leaders of the Canal + group find themselves at home.
Not just because the white building is the historic former headquarters of the encrypted channel.
They are now working with the president of the radio station, Constance Benqué, and her team on the constitution of a new entry schedule, symbol of the effective rapprochement between the two groups.

Because, on June 30, the general meeting of the Lagardère group should validate the change in governance and formalize the leading role of Vivendi, owner of Canal + and main shareholder of Lagardère, within the future board of directors.
On June 30, Vincent Bolloré, CEO of Vivendi, will therefore become the strong man of the Lagardère group and, by extension, that of Europe 1. His intention is to develop editorial partnerships and economic synergies.
