(ANSA) - MILAN, JUN 16 - The Court of Surveillance of Milan has confirmed, rejecting the defense appeal, the declaration of "habitual delinquency" with the application of a security measure for Luigi Bergamin, 73 year old former militant of the armed proletarians for communism, convicted of criminal competition in the murders of Marshal Antonio Santoro and agent Andrea Campagna, which took place in '78 and '79. And which was established in France after the blitz of 28 April which led to the arrest of 9 former terrorists.
