Milky is a simple but ingenious delicacy and in its homemade version it already becomes a cool and perfect treat for the end of a meal and even an impression dessert with a minimum of effort.
The Milky actually consists of two layers that complement each other in an exemplary manner - a first layer of chocolate pudding with a ceramic texture and a second layer of airy and velvety whipped cream.
To get a pudding with a perfect texture, a bit reminiscent of patisserie cream, I added egg yolks to it (don't worry, these are not live eggs as they go through a cooking process along with the rest of the pudding ingredients) and for the sweet-bitter taste also loved by the adult audience, I went for a version with coffee.
Do not like?
It can be omitted or replaced with an orange zest for a crazy orange milky.

Ingredients
For chocolate-coffee pudding:
2 tablespoons (20 g)
3 tablespoons cornflour (30 g)
2 egg yolks
¾ Cup sugar (150 g)
2 cups 3% milk (625 ml)
½1 granulated melted coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
100 grams of chopped dark chocolate
For whipped cream:
250 ml for 38% sweet cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Preparation
How to make chocolate milky coffee?
1 Prepare the chocolate-coffee pudding: Sift the cocoa and cornflour into a medium saucepan with a thick bottom.
Add all the other ingredients except the dark chocolate, and stir.
Transfer to a stove and cook over medium heat, stirring gently, for about 7 minutes, or until the mixture thickens and acquires a pudding texture.
Stir for another minute and remove the pot from the heat.
3 Add the dark chocolate and stir until it melts and is completely absorbed into the mixture.
4 Pour the pudding into glass cups and cover each cup with cling film or a bag of sandwiches.
The plastic should literally touch the entire surface of the pudding, otherwise a layer of refrigerated membrane will form.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

Make
whipped cream:
Whip the cream and powdered sugar into a soft whipped cream.
Remove the plastic wrap from the pudding and place a layer of whipped cream on top of each layer of pudding.
If desired, you can decorate with chocolate chips or chopped roasted nuts.
