When a fast-fodded restaurant like McDonald's * closes its doors, there can be several reasons for this: Business is bad, the health department finds deficiencies or a global pandemic forces the operator to close down.

In this case, however, none of them applied.

Twitter: McDonald's employees let their frustration run wild on the notice board

What happened? In front of a US branch of the fast food giant, a McDonald’s employee at a US branch informed his customers that the branch had to close. He does not remain silent about the alleged reason for long and immediately puts it in a nutshell:

"We have closed because I quit and I hate this job."

Was the branch so understaffed that this one employee would terminate the entire shift if not the operation of the restaurant?

We do not know whether the notice actually came from a real employee or from a prankster.

In any case, the photo of this unusual message landed on Twitter, where a heated message about the working conditions in the fast food and service industry in the USA immediately flared up among the shocked customers: “Good for you”, one user shows understanding, “I have 5 years worked at a [McDonald's] for a long time and it was terrible.

Even the managers are treated like shit

and not even paid that much more than an entry-level employee (mostly with franchises). "
