(ANSA) - PERUGIA, 17 JUN - Rejected by the Perugia GUP the request to declare the wiretapping of Luca Palamara unusable, as requested by his defense.
The request for an appraisal on the 'transit' server of the conversations captured by the trojan, installed in Naples, was also rejected.
The decision was made by the judge after several hours of council chamber, as part of the preliminary hearing relating to the main section of the investigation involving Palamara together with Fabrizio Centofanti and Adele Attisani, accused of corruption. The GUP has thus accepted the thesis of the power of attorney which has always considered interceptions usable.
The former CSM adviser left the courtroom without making statements to reporters.
No comments even from the prosecutors, the prosecutor Raffaele Cantone and the substitutes Gemma Miliani and Mario Formisano.
The hearing was therefore postponed to July 8 for the start of the discussion by the prosecutor. (HANDLE).
