(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, JUN 17 - Production at the Audi factory in Brussels stops on Thursday and Friday due to the lack of microchips necessary for production.

This was announced by the spokesman for the PeterD'hoore plant, who said that the "problems could last until 2022".

    A similar situation occurs at the Volvoa Ghent factory, which will stop work all week next, putting 6,500 employees on layoffs for 5 days.
