TNT has lost 1.4 billion euros in 15 years


Since 2005, the multiplication of channels, by fragmenting the audience, has especially weakened the French audiovisual sector.

TNT is a financial pit.

Since their launch on December 12, 2005, the "small" channels supposed to inject diversity into the French audiovisual landscape have mainly served to seal the accounts.

Cumulated, their operating losses reached nearly 1.4 billion euros in 2019, according to the figures of the annual financial statements of the free channels of the CSA.
