(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, JUN 18 - Italy turns green in the EU, with the exception of Basilicata, Campania, Puglia and Sicily, which remain yellow. This was revealed by the European Center for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC), which has corrected its map on the incidence of Covid and the rate of infections in Europe published yesterday with reference to the recommendations on travel restrictions adopted on June 14 by the EU Council.
In the new map, all regions of Central-Eastern Europe are also green, except for a German land, Croatia and Slovenia in yellow. On the other hand, only the Netherlands and some areas of Sweden and Spain are confirmed in red.
