Summer recipe: How to bake the blueberry pie with shortcrust pastry
For the shortcrust pastry
, first mix flour with sugar and salt and crumble the butter over it with your fingertips.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of water and knead everything into a ball of dough.
Wrap them in cling film and put them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat or 180 ° C circulating air.

whisk the eggs and mix them with the butter and sugar.
Stir in the lemon juice, crème fraîche and yogurt.
