(ANSA) - ROME, JUN 18 - Forty international missions will see Italy involved in 2021. Two new ones: in the Hormuz district with a national air-naval device for presence, surveillance and security activities, in the context of the European multinational initiative Emasoh, and in Somalia where an Italian representative will take part in the OnuUnsom operation.
This was foreseen by the resolution approved yesterday by the Council of Ministers on the initiatives presented by the ministers LorenzoGuerini and Luigi Di Maio.
The focus is on the 'enlarged Mediterranean' with 17 missions in Africa.
