Vaccines: Germany, first dose to half of the population

(ANSA) - BERLIN, 18 JUNE - "One in two people in Germany has been vaccinated with a first dose, and almost one in three has received complete protection".

This was stated by the German health minister, Jens Spahn, at a press conference in Berlin.

The first dose was in fact administered to 41.5 million people, and therefore to 50.1% of the population.

29.6% also received the second dose.
