(ANSA) - ROME, JUN 20 - A security officer from the Termini station in Rome has been spotted wandering around with a knife near an exit of the airport. In an attempt to block the man wielding the knife, a police officer fired a shot that wounded him in the groin. The 44-year-old Ghanaian, with precedents, was taken to the hospital in the Red Coder, but would not be in danger of life.The episode happened last night around 7 pm near the exit of the station in via Giolitti. The moments were filmed in some passers-by videos in which the man with a kitchen knife in his hand is also seen getting on scooters, then the policemen approaching with batons and finally the agent shooting.
