Popular ticketer Isabella Avila shared what she said are a series of stress points that may help relieve situations of physical pain or stress in our lives.
While you might expect these points to be found in the hands or feet, she says many of these points are actually in our ears.
Avila explains that our ears have different "musculoskeletal" points that are related to different parts of our body.
By using the (non-pointed) tip of the pencil, or other small, rounded object to apply pressure to these points, you can seemingly alleviate a wide range of physical problems.
In her video, Avila demonstrates specific points that help with various issues, including relieving menstrual cramps, dizziness, anxiety and motion sickness, but according to experts in the field, there are actually dozens of different pressure points, all on the outside of our ears - claimed to affect everything , Ranging from various skin problems to liver function.
