If there is a salary offer in the job interview, applicants are sometimes in a quandary: Should I accept the salary - or is there a little more possible?
The salary negotiation waits on the home stretch of every job interview.
“How much did you imagine?” Is just one of the obligatory questions, which applicants should now answer with specific figures.
As a rule, the company already has the salary expectations with the application letter.
The employer therefore had enough time to deal with the applicant's salary claims and is now submitting a counter offer.
But when should applicants accept this offer - and when is it worth renegotiating?
