Bärbel Drexel GmbH is recalling a dietary supplement that was sold through its trading partner QVC.
Long-term use could lead to considerable damage to health.

- Bärbel Drexel GmbH is publicly recalling three batches of the dietary supplement “Good Night Plus” and “Sleep well with Lavender”.
As the company announced in a press release, one of the ingredients in the affected products was found to have exceeded the limit of ethylene oxide.
As a result, adverse health effects cannot be ruled out if the pellets are taken continuously.

Recall of Bärbel Drexel GmbH: Do not continue to use the food supplement "Good Night Plus"
Ethylene oxide is suspected of being mutagenic and carcinogenic even at low concentrations in food.

The affected items were sold through the B2B TV Shopping retail partner QVC.
The company advises buyers to dispose of the product in their normal household waste.
Bärbel Drexel GmbH will reimburse the purchase price.
