Pancakes are without a doubt the most sought after breakfast and dinner among children, especially on holidays.
But despite the easy preparation, there is not always the strength to stand over the hot pan and fry one by one.
My solution - a huge family pancake in a mold.
Prepare the batter, flatten in a pan, add any toppings you like like blueberries, chocolate chips, coconut and more, put in the oven for 12 minutes, cut into squares and serve with maple - just quick and great.
There is also excellent control over the thickness of the pancakes, just as you like.
Please note: The
measuring cup in the recipe for the pancake batter is the cup of yogurt (every time a cup appears, it refers to the amount in the cup).

Ingredients
The measuring cup in the recipe is the cup of yogurt:
1 cup yogurt
3 tablespoons oil or 75 grams of melted butter
1 cup of milk
3 eggs
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 tablespoons sugar
Pinch of salt
For treats:
Fruits that like blueberries (pictured)
Coarsely chopped chocolate
nuts
Small marshmallows

Preparation
How to make family pancakes in a mold?
1 Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2 Mix the yogurt, oil, milk and eggs in a bowl.
3 In a separate bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt.
4 Add the wet ones to the dry bowl and stir until the mixture comes together.
Flatten the mass in a 30 x 40 cm pan lined with baking paper and sprinkle over the treats you have chosen.
5 Bake 12 minutes, cut and serve with powdered sugar or maple syrup.
