You will always find two things in my pantry - peanut butter and nutella. In the movie "Meet Joe Black", Brad Pitt plays the angel of death who enters the body of a handsome guy and in the process of collecting souls learns a few things about our life on earth. In one of the most beautiful scenes I remember most of all, he first discovers the wonder of peanut butter and begins to eat with pleasure straight from the jar. Rightly so. Peanut butter is one of the most wonderful inventions.
Jams on the other hand, are less my favorite, so the familiar American connection of peanut butter and jam less speaks to me, but the combination of peanut butter with chocolate or with Nutella in particular, is already something else. Two wonderful raw ingredients and rich in nuts, that work wonderfully together.
The following recipe is extremely simple, contains only four ingredients, is flour-free and there are two versions to make it - one that requires a bit more investment for the result of stuffed cookies and one simpler for sandwich cookies. A wonderful treat for returning a dose of sugar and energy in the middle of the day.

Ingredients
For cookie dough
1 cup smooth peanut butter
½ Cup sugar
1 egg
For filling
1 jar Nutella

Preparation
How do you make peanut butter cookies with Nutella filling?

To fill the nutella
: Using a small spoon, pour the nutella balls on a baking tray and place in the freezer.

Prepare the cookie dough:
In a mixer with a guitar hook, process peanut butter, egg and sugar together until a uniform mass is obtained.
Using a scoop or ice cream scoop, form balls from the cookie dough and place in a baking paper-lined pan.
Refrigerate for an hour.
4 Preheat oven to 160 degrees, take out the cookie dough, make a hole in each ball and fill the dough with the frozen Nutella ball.
Close the dough over the nutella and place the stuffed cookies on a baking tray at intervals of a few inches from each other.
5 Bake for about 20 minutes and cool.
6 The
lazy version (sandwich cookies):
Instead of freezing the nutella and filling the cookie dough, make the cookies without the filling.
Using a fork, flatten the cookies and place in the oven for 20 minutes.
Beware of over-baking that will yield a dry result.
Coolers.
Once the cookies have cooled, fill half the amount of cookies with Nutella, and close with the other half to create a sandwich cookie.
