Twelve hours of work per day spent by Ministry of Education employees to transfer the marks of students of general certificates from the examination papers to computers after checking them to issue the results related to the time of correction operations, 50 percent of which have been completed according to those concerned.
Checking the grades and data of the students and entering them into the computer, so that the results are then issued electronically, a process called the result, which is accomplished, as explained by the Director of Examinations in the Ministry of Education, Yunus Fati Lisana, with complete accuracy and confidentiality.
After completing the process of correcting and checking the examination papers in the governorates, the vouchers are removed and sent to the central administration, which receives them according to lists and serial numbers for each subject separately to check their data and then send them directly to the computer to be entered electronically according to Fati.
The director of the exams indicated that the audit and admission cadres work from eight in the morning until eight in the evening, and the date of issuing the results is related to the continuous correction processes, of which more than 50 percent have been completed, stressing the ministry's keenness that each student obtain the grade he deserves.
While checking the students’ data, Lama Issa indicated to the SANA delegate that errors could be discovered during the process of checking the student’s data and collecting his grades, so they were processed by the competent person and then the correct data was entered into the computer.
The head of the computer center for preparing the results of the general exams in the ministry, Eng. Najib Salq indicated that the result also includes the entry of absences and penalties for students of secondary school and basic education, explaining that the process of entering into the computer passes through two stages to ensure the accuracy of the data and for the student to take his full right and is accomplished through trained and qualified cadres and in complete secrecy And honestly.
Salq stated that after entering the complete data and checking it, the results and success rates appear and are ready to be issued electronically, which is the last stage in the outcome of the examination process for the Ministry of Education and the stage of harvesting the fruits and effort of students and workers, stressing the keenness to issue error-free results as soon as possible so that there is an appropriate preparation period for students before the second session of Secondary school exams.
