Apply as soon as possible, preferably by 1 July, the recommendations of the EU Council to coordinate the restrictive measures on the movement of citizens caused by the pandemic and on the EU digital certificate.
European commissioners Didier Reynders, Thierry Breton and Stella Kyriakides asked this in a letter to the 27 European capitals.
In particular, the Commission recommends guaranteeing the freedom of movement of people who have recovered from Covid or have completed the vaccination cycle, ensure family unity and coordinate measures by referring to the maps drawn up by the Ecdc Center.
