(ANSA) - BOLOGNA, 01 JUL - After the murder of ChiaraGualzetti, the sixteen year old under investigation sent "unequivocal" voice messages to another friend "to whom he told what he had committed". This is what the investigating judge of the Juvenile Court of Bologna reconstructs, in the order with which he validates the patient and arranges custody in prison for the boy.
Without scruples, without inhibitions and without repentance.
Thus the investigating judge Luigi Martello describes the sixteen year old under investigation. In motivating the application of custody in prison due to the risk of reiteration of the crime, the investigating judge underlines precisely the "lack of scruples, inhibitions, reasons and resipiscence" as emerges from the tenor of the messages sent to a friend immediately after the facts ".(HANDLE).
