Also in “FIFA 22” some clubs will not be represented with their real names and coats of arms.

In this article we will reveal what these are.

Hardly any video game reaches the masses like “FIFA”.

Regardless of whether you are a casual or die-hard gamer, almost everyone can do something with the popular football simulation.

The developers are always working on making the virtual sport and the representation of the players even more real.

However, the game is not realistic in all respects.

Since EA Sports are missing some licenses, some teams are not represented with their real names and coats of arms.

The most famous example is probably Juventus Turin - the Italian record champions are called “Piemonte Calcio” in the last two “FIFA” parts and have a different logo.

In the upcoming “FIFA 22”, other clubs besides “Juve” will not be shown realistically.

We'll reveal which teams are affected in the next section.

"FIFA 22": There is no license for these teams

Not much is known about “FIFA 22” at the moment.

As in almost every year, the game is expected to be launched at the end of September *.

What we do know, however, is for which clubs the license is missing in the upcoming offshoot.

These are the following teams

:

  • Juventus Turin

  • AS Roma

  • SSC Naples

  • Atalanta Bergamo

It is possible that this list will expand before the release.

There are currently four clubs that will be available in “FIFA 22”

with different names

,

jerseys and coats of arms

.

"FIFA 22": That's why EA Sports lacks the licenses

The reason that EA Sports lacks the licenses for some clubs is that

Konami has secured the exclusive rights

to house the teams in the big “FIFA” competitor “

Pro Evolution Soccer

”. Interestingly, all of the teams mentioned are from the Italian league. It remains to be seen whether Konami will win over clubs from other leagues. More information on “FIFA 22” is expected to be available on July 22nd. On this day the

EA Play Live Event will

take place, where not only the release date, but also the new features of the game will be presented.
