The publication, presented in Rome at Mediterraneo inside the Maxxi-National Museum of XXI Century Arts and supported by Q-eat, (Italian startup that certifies the origin and quality of the products used by restaurants), reports 250 places, recognizes 22 places with the symbol of the Three Wands and awards 8 special prizes. Lombardy is at the top with 7 award-winning venues, followed by Piedmont and Emilia-Romagna with 3, Lazio, Campania and Puglia with 2, Tuscany, Umbria and Abruzzocon 1.
