Amit Barkat takes her excellent patisserie products from the capital, descends from Tel Aviv, and establishes a gluten-free pop-up confectionery in Sharona Market.
The 25-year-old pastry chef, the daughter of a Likud MK, will (currently for three months) offer Parisian-inspired desserts, including macaroons, eclairs, pralines, tarts, chocolate chip cookies and many other things that come to mind when you think of the word "Patisserie".
Barkat's mother is a celiac patient, and the daughter has tasted over the years the things she "had to eat."
The conclusion was simple - "it was not tasty".
This dialogue has led to studies at Cordon Bleu, and to a business that tries to bring delicious products at the highest level to the celiac audience as well.
"They don't deserve not to enjoy desserts just because they can't eat gluten," she said, "I do what I do so that everyone can enjoy and hope I was able to reach every single person."
Ice Cream Sneakers, Vanilla

The Vanilla chain is celebrating American Independence Day with a fireworks-adapted combination.
This is a "Sniders" ice cream, inspired by the successful snack, and combines sweet creaminess with salty and crispy pretzel pieces.

The Tel Aviv sweets house celebrates July 4 with a collection of banana pudding desserts.
The sweet jars, which will only be available for a week under the name The American Dream, will be offered in three variations - banana pudding semors (layers of vanilla cream pudding, fresh bananas, chocolate chip chips, marshmallows and biscuit chips), banana pudding PB & J ( Layers of vanilla cream pudding, fresh bananas, Belgian waffle chips, peanut butter and strawberry jam) and a banana pudding blueberry pie (layers of blueberry cream pudding, fresh bananas, Belgian waffle chips and butter cookie crumble).

American Independence Day, Farewell

The July 4 celebrations are also taking place in Frida in Be'er Sheva, in a wine evening configuration with Bruno Darmon from the La Pora Blanche boutique winery, which will soon also feature specialty burgers and American blues.
According to the plan, the music-loving Darmon is expected to adapt the wines - Talpiot Edom and Ariel Lavan, among others - to the soundtrack, and also take into account dishes that come out of the kitchen, such as a Mediterranean burger, a vegetarian burger and a fish burger.

The free event - a nostalgic song festival and songs as well as a tribute show to Elvis Presley - is expected to offer this coming Thursday (July 8) American dishes like asado with chimichurri fries and cabbage, hamburger, chorizo and beers of course.

The Golda chain is celebrating another event - the opening of the new season of Big Brother - with a secret taste of course, and an activity that invites customers to guess.
The new flavor, which will be sold in the next two weeks only, is offered in trophies of course, but also in a package containing a pound of ice cream, caramelized popcorn and chocolate candy.

Gili Ben Or and Hotel 75 of the Prima hotel chain are collaborating to Allenby 75, a new cafe, in a city that has not seen many happy openings recently.
The place operates in a self-service format, and the menu is mostly based on Reviva and Celia products, and Mauro coffee.
Here you will find, among other things, breakfast sandwiches and pastries, salads, focaccia loaded from the oven, macaroons and cakes, and also apply on weekends.
Guests of Hotel 75 can also enjoy breakfast served at the café on the ground floor.

Neta Winery is celebrating three years with a party that will combine a proper trinity of wine, food and music.
The event, which will take place on Thursday (July 8) in Bistrok in Kibbutz Hatzor, will offer unlimited wine, pizzas from the oven (also unlimited) and DJ Amir Abta.

Israeli Pride: Castel Winery and Raziel Winery won 97 points from James Sackling, one of the most important wine critics in the world.
Castel Winery was reviewed with Castel Gran Vin 2018 and described as "an incredibly concentrated and delicate wine", and as such that "creates a breathtaking harmony with so much freshness and delicacy in the longest and most accurate finish".
Raziel Winery reviews Raziel 2018, and Sakaling wrote that "in a sip, a variety of red berry flavors, smoking flavors, olives and Mediterranean herbs break out of the glass."
"The wine is so fresh and expressive, the power and concentration are remarkably exaggerated and the tannins are so fine that the balance is particularly smooth."
Tu B'Av Wine, Barkan Winery

Barkan Winery is launching BETA series Rosa Vin wine for the Valentine's Day, vintage 2020.
The BETA series is intended for adventurous wine consumers who are looking for new experiences away from the consumer mainstream.
As such, the new rose, produced from Tempranillo grapes grown in the Jerusalem mountains, offers delicacy, fruitiness and aromas of flowers and strawberries.

Segal Winery is also celebrating Tu B'Av, with the launch of Cabernet Sauvignon from the Free Run series, vintage 2018.
This is a wine produced from grapes in the vineyards of the Upper Galilee and the Jerusalem mountains. It has a deep red color, aromas of black and cassis fruit and sweet touches. : 65 shekels.

The hamburger restaurant chain is relaunching its Herzliya flagship.
The branch, on Shenkar Street in Herzliya Pituach, received about a million and a half shekels, was renovated and now offers more than 200 seats, a pleasant thin terrace, a huge screen and of course a familiar menu that highlights burgers and cocktails.
