At a good time, we seem to be starting to come back to life after a challenging year.
The job is over and the time to look for a job has arrived. But what about the most stressful part, the job interview?
Leon Schneiderowski goes through the various stations and gives you all the winning tips to help you get through the interview easily and of course, successfully.
First stop: Breathing specialist
Leon reached out to Ricky, a coach and breathing specialist, who taught him to relax and relieve stress ahead of an important job interview, because when we were stressed, the interviewer noticed it right away.
"The type and quality of breathing affect our whole being," Ricky told him.
"It is recommended to sleep well the night before, at least eight hours."
Another tip of hers was to write down your five most notable traits and talents and perform the “4-4-8” exercise, a breathing exercise that helps the breathe travel the body and touch the internal organs.
Second stop: How to prepare for a job interview?
Leon went on to Manpower, to learn from the experts how to look for a job and how to prepare for an interview.
He met Orit Yehezkel, VP of the Manpower Group, who explained that in order to optimize the job search you need to:
1) check the strengths and skills we acquired along the way and focus on it
2) write and update your resume

Third stop: styling for a job interview
Finally, Leon came to meet Bar, the stylist, who explained what to wear to a job interview:
Men -
a buttoned and ironed shirt, or a polo shirt that is more formal than a T-shirt.
Women - a
white button-down with a jacket over it, or a "midi" dress that expands and is very respectable for a job interview.
