The tortillas, we discovered a long time ago, are a wonderful base, simple and easy to infinite quick recipes that usually require the use of dough such as a quick pizza-tortilla, a tortilla cheese quiche that does not require making crispy dough and even a borax pastry with potato millet.
At home I really like this recipe for tortillas stuffed with well-seasoned minced meat, folded into triangles and seared on the pan just like crunchy and addictive pastels.
Along with a salad and tahini, a perfect and quick meal is obtained, which I prepare for my children and they are the happiest in the world.

Ingredients

5 tortillas
250 g ground beef or chicken
1 red pepper cut into strips
1 chopped onion
½ A teaspoon of ground English pepper
½ As a paprika
½ Spicy chilli (optional)
Salt
black pepper
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons flour with a little water, to the texture of glue
For frying:
⅓ Whipped cream
½ As a paprika
¼ teaspoon of salt

Preparation
How to make tortilla pastels with ease?
1 Fry the onion in a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil, about 3 minutes.
Add the pepper strips and continue to fry for another 2 minutes.
2 Add the meat to the pan and fry together until the meat is completely cooked and slightly browned.
Turn off the heat, add the spices and mix.
3 Creating the triangles: Cut each tortilla in half.
Fold the round part of half a tortilla, folding it in to form a long rectangle. Place a tablespoon and a half of the filling on the end of the rectangle and lift one end towards the opposite end so that a triangle is formed. Continue to fold in the same way until the end of the tortilla. The end with the glue we made from the flour and water.
4 In a bowl, mix the oil, with the paprika and salt.
Heat a dry pan, brush the stuffed triangles with the seasoned oil mixture and sear on the hot pan on both sides.
5 It is recommended to serve with tahini and salad or chopped vegetables.
