(ANSA) - ROME, JUL 08 - Pietro Genovese, the twenty-year-old Roman who invested and killed two 16-year-old girls on the night of 21 December 2019 in Corso Francia, has agreed on appeal a sentence of 5 years and four months. The accusation against him is of multiple road homicide. In the first instance, in December, the accused was sentenced to 8 years at the end of a trial carried out with the abbreviated procedure. The judges have ratified the agreement between the defense and the general prosecutor and this closes the judicial affair by making the imposed sentence definitive.
