Former hotel worker reveals secrets (@janessarichard)
After a long time the hotels have been abandoned, around the world the corona restrictions are starting to be removed and people are planning their next trips and quite a few people have started booking places in hotels.
Of course it's nice to sleep in a new place when you do not have to worry about cleaning the room or tidying up the bed, but it turns out that there are some secrets in the industry that you should know before you do certain things in your room.
Ticket user Jensa Richard from the United States went viral after releasing a series of clips in which she talks about what she learned in her past job at a hotel chain and some of the things she says are particularly disgusting.
Despite this, she emphasizes that her stories are based only on the hotel where she worked (whose name she does not mention) and she can not confirm that this is the case in all hotels.

In the first video, she advises people not to lie on the bedspread: "Hotels do not wash the bedspread between guests. They usually wash them once a year - which is quite disgusting. The first thing when you enter the room, take off the bedspread."
She also recommends not using the glasses in the room provided by the hotel: "Almost every room will have a bottle of water with drinking glasses waiting for you. I would not recommend drinking from these glasses, because they are not usually exchanged between guests as long as they look clean. They will replace them with clean glasses, but if they have not been touched, they will leave them for the next guest. "
Add to the list of things she recommends never do - also do not walk on the carpet barefoot.
While the rugs are frequently vacuumed, they rarely get a thorough cleaning and she says they are "just disgusting. Go with socks or slippers".

And what about positive things?
She found some - it turns out that the hotel staff can upgrade rooms for guests if they were nice and there are rooms available.
"If you're very nice and have rooms available, you can always be upgraded to a suite at no cost," she claims. He will be able to upgrade your room. "
Her last tip concerns breakfast - if you get breakfast and you leave before it, you can ask the staff to make you a bag to take with some items inside - the truth?
We have already quite lost our appetite.
