(ANSA) - MOSCOW, JUL 10 - Alemno 5 people died following an earthquake in Tajikistan: the Interfax agency reports, quoting the spokesperson of the Tajik Committee for Emergency Situations and Civil Protection, Umeda Yusufi.
"The earthquake killed five people in the rural Langhari Shoh district of the Tojikobod region," said Yusufis according to Interfax.
The 5.8 magnitude earthquake was recorded at 7:14 local time (4:14 in Italy) in the central north of Tajikistan.According to data from the US geological monitoring service Usgs, the earthquake had a hypocenter at 16 km depth and epicenter in the district of Rasht. (HANDLE).
