Miami-Dade Police confirmed the discovery of four bodies in the rubble of the Champlain Towers building on Friday.
One of the identified victims is the young Argentine Ilan Naibryf.
Naibryf was 21 years old and studying physics at the University of Chicago.
He was in the building with his girlfriend

With the new data provided by the police, the number of confirmed deaths from the collapse
rose to 79
, a figure that the mayor described as "heartbreaking."

Miami-Dade Mayor Daniella Levine Cava said the victims' recovery efforts were "moving forward with great urgency" to bring closure to the families of the victims, who have spent two agonizing weeks awaiting news. .
"This is
a staggering and heartbreaking figure
that affects all of us very deeply," Levine Cava said of the latest death toll.
Rescue workers and emergency support teams from Florida and other states have worked 12-hour shifts, 24 hours a day, at the Surfside condo site, physically and emotionally draining work done in the midst of stifling heat and dangerous conditions.
