In the images, the American can be seen pulling a wheelie bin towards his house. A luminous discharge then falls on the ground, causing a strong detonation, perforates the trash can and fails to strike Bob Brandon who, immediately, runs for shelter in his house. “I felt the static electricity start to build up, like when the hair is standing on end. And then it got really intense. I'm here today, so I think everything is fine, ”Bob Brandon testified after the incident on WWLP 22News.
