It’s time to raise your homemade pizza one level up and strengthen it with a good glass of vodka.
The homemade pizza will get an interesting twist to the taste thanks to the addition of the vodka to the sauce.
A quarter cup will suffice, but if you want you can also do more and the rich and thick rose sauce will get an upgrade that you have never tasted before.
She just looks innocent.

So what does vodka do to a sauce?
The use of vodka in the recipe reinforces the flavors and aromas of the other ingredients because of the structure of the alcohol molecules.
The sauce is not really drunk, because the alcohol evaporates during cooking and you can be sure that even children and pregnant women can eat the pizza safely.

Preparation
How to make a hot rosé vodka pizza?
1
Prepare dough for pizza:
Put flour, yeast, sugar and water in a bowl.
Put about 5 minutes in hands or mixer with a kneading hook.
Add salt and oil and continue to knead for another 5 minutes until you get a smooth and elastic dough, neither dry nor sticky.
If it is sticky you can add a tablespoon of flour, if dry - a little water.
2
puffs:
Cover the bowl and let it rise for an hour or until the dough doubles in volume (depending on the room temperature).
3
Prepare the vodka-rose sauce: In
a saucepan or pan over a medium flame, heat olive oil and lightly fry the garlic (be careful not to burn, otherwise there will be a strong taste of burnt garlic) Add the tomato paste and vodka and mix for about a minute.
4 Pour the cream, season, mix and cook for about 5 minutes, refrigerate to room temperature.
5 Preheat oven to 220 degrees.
6
Assemble the pizza:
On a floured surface, divide the dough into 3 equal balls, and with the help of your hands, open the dough to the shape of the pan, it is recommended to use a rolling pin.
Tighten the dough to the thickness you like, stretch it and transfer to the pizza pan.
With a little pressure around the edges, create a kind of frame for the pizza.
7 Spread the sauce on the dough except for the edges, generously sprinkle the cheeses and toppings and place the pizza in a preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the pizza is baked and browned.
8 Before serving, it is recommended to sprinkle a little more fresh basil leaves.
