(ANSA) - PARIS, JUL 12 - The Covid pandemic has caused an estimated 18% increase in the number of people suffering from hunger in the world, the largest in decades, causing a massive setback in efforts to ensure access to all food.
This was denounced by a United Nations report published today, which indicates that this deterioration more than ever compromises the goal of eradicating hunger by 2030. (ANSA).
