In the video: How to make corn pancakes (schnitzeloni) with the children
Call them pancakes or prefer schnitzels, either way it's an easy and fun recipe for the kids to enjoy and even more to eat - make a mass of polenta with corn kernels, flatten on baking paper and wink shapes with the kids.
We'll see the kid who can refuse a piece he made himself probably if it's made of sweet and beloved corn.
You can fry in a little oil on a non-stick pan or bake in a hot oven.
To make the recipe fur or vegan - replace the milk with soy milk, the butter with olive oil and the parmesan with 2 tablespoons of brewer's yeast or vegan cheese.
Please note that this is a gluten-free recipe that is suitable for children with sensitivity.
