The Ulm Regional Court has sentenced a 37-year-old man to ten years in prison for sexual offenses.
The court found the man from Baden-Württemberg guilty of kidnapping a 13-year-old in his car and forcing him to commit sexual acts during his military service in November 2006.
He then released his victim in a parking lot.
He committed a similar act in December 2007 in the Heidenheim area.
The victim in this case was twelve years old.
The court sentenced the 22-year-old at the time of the crime for particularly serious rape and serious sexual abuse of children, deprivation of liberty and willful assault.
The public prosecutor had asked for twelve years in the process, the defense eight years.
The investigators had caught the perpetrator from the Göppingen district because he had distributed recordings on the Internet that showed sexual violence against minors.
When the officers found evidence of the crime on his computer, he confessed.
He was taken into custody in October 2020.
