  • Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.

  • Mix the sour cream with the sea salt, lemongrass and nutmeg, squeeze half of a lime and add the juice to the sour cream. 

  • Spread the prepared sour cream on the tarte flambée batter.

    Cut the salmon into small pieces and distribute evenly with the prawns on the dough coated with sour cream. 

  • Remove the peel from the second half of the lime and cut into small pieces.

    Also distribute the lime pieces and the chives evenly. 

  • Bake the shrimp tarte flambée in the oven for about 20 minutes. 

  • Top the finished tarte flambée with fresh rocket.
