A few days before she entered the Big Brother house, Orr Spitz counted on us three things she is currently missing in life - that her patisserie would be pink again, that she would already have her pink pergola installed, and a groom.

A cute video from the reality show revealed an exaggerated but understandable crowd near the kitchen, and Or Spitz in the center.
We did not think otherwise.
The plot is fascinating - Spitz constantly mixes the batter that will be her lemon tart, and still manages to answer countless questions, clearly from people who have not baked anything in their lives, certainly not a lemon tart.
"These veins I have here in my legs are from hard work, it's because I do not give up, and I am a perfectionist, and I want things to turn out the way I want," she described at the time.
She seems to provide receipts inside the house as well.

Ingredients
For tartlet biscuits:
200 grams of biscuits
100 grams of melted butter, lukewarm
For cream cheese:
200 grams of cream cheese 25-30 percent fat
¾ 38% sweet cream (185 ml)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla instant pudding
For the lemon cream:
3 eggs L
1 yolk
½ Lemon spice (125 ml)
½ cup sugar + tablespoon (115 g)
100 grams of cold butter, cut into cubes

How to make lemon pie and cheese?

Start making the lemon cream:
Place the eggs, yolk, lemon and sugar in a small pot and stir well over a low flame until the mixture thickens (the texture should be like a relatively soft pudding).
Remove from the heat and while whisking, gradually put the butter cubes in the pot.
Stir until all the butter is absorbed into the cream.
2 Transfer the cream in a colander to a bowl, cover with cling film (the plastic should really touch the cream) and refrigerate at least until the cream is at room temperature.

Prepare the tartlet:
Place the biscuits in a food processor and grind until very thin crumbs are obtained.
Add the melted butter and fasten to a crumbling tart pan 24 cm in diameter. If the mixture is too dry and can not be shaped into a tartlet, you can add a tablespoon of milk. Keep the tartlet in the refrigerator.

Prepare the cream cheese:
Whisk together all the ingredients until a firm cream is obtained.

Ingredients:
Spread the cream cheese evenly on the pancake.
Once the lemon cream is no longer hot, pour it over the cream cheese.
You may have some cream left over, depending on the height of your mold.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours and serve.
It is recommended to decorate with fresh fruit.

Berries will go great here.
5 * This pie is excellent even without baking, but if you like a crispy and crispy tartlet, put it in for a short 7-minute baking at 180 degrees.
Refrigerate completely and only then spread the layer of cheese and lemon.
