“Die Brücke”
focuses on different criminal cases that take place on the border between Denmark and Sweden.
Country commissioners always work together to solve the murders.
At the same time, the personal stories of the main characters are addressed in subplot strands.
For example, the Swedish Commissioner Saga Norén is always in the spotlight.
In the first two seasons she works with the Danish police officer Martin Rohde.
She later solves other cases with Henrik Sabroe.
