The educational crisis in the province of Chubut seems to have no end and the opposition asks Governor

due to salary and judicial problems.

“In the province of Chubut, since 2016, classes are not taught on a regular basis.

It has already been five years without satisfactory completion of the school year and

So far in his administration, he has appointed six ministers.

One of them, Graciela Cigudosa, even had to resign after she was prosecuted and brought to trial

for acts of corruption

In November of last year, to the already recurring judicial and salary problems, the controversial decision that students

repeat 2020 during the next cycle was also added

"However, when this year a gradual return to the face-to-face system was attempted, the state of abandonment of the school institutions caused a

strike by managers and the resurgence of the wage conflict

," Torres explained.

Finally, the national deputy for Together for Change asked that education be a top priority.

“Teachers are already calling for a strike after the holidays

due to the building situation of the schools and the lack of heating

For some years now, pediatricians in the province have warned that the lack of education increased the number of consultations associated with clinical disorders associated with the absence of classes.

Professionals warn that the prolonged school crisis generates pathologies in boys such as

anguish, depression, chest pain, headaches

, abdominal pain, obesity, accidents and domestic trauma, excessive screens, etc.

Already in 2019, the head of Pediatrics of the Esquel Zonal Hospital, Alfredo Pérez Maldonado, signed together with the president of the Argentine Society of Pediatrics Branch Esquel, Mirta Moreschi, a note where he began to raise the problem.
