Airy, a bit chocolatey, soft and tasty.

Every certified baker has a repertoire of cakes for every occasion: a birthday cake, a cake for a garden party, a cake for the holidays, a corruption cake for special events and of course how is it possible without a good cake next to the coffee.
One that you should not bother for hours on its preparation, but when you taste it straight you know that you need to boil water - a perfect, airy cake, a little chocolatey, soft and delicious.
Such is my cake for coffee hour.
A wonderful base mixture that I like to play with and combine a variety of flavors.
This time I chose to bring you the wonderful combination of chocolate and poppy, which I have not seen one that managed to withstand its charms.
Note:
Ground poppy should be used.
It is recommended to keep the ground poppy in the freezer until use.

Preparation
How to make a chocolate-poppy seed marble cake?
1 Preheat oven to 180 degrees and grease both pans or chase them with baking paper.
In a medium bowl, melt the dark chocolate with the milk in a microwave and set aside.
3 In the mixer bowl, mix the butter, vanilla extract and sugar together with a guitar hook until a ceramic mixture is obtained.
4 Add the eggs one by one, scraping the mixture with a spatula from the sides of the bowl between adding each egg.
Continue to stir until a light, ceramic mixture is obtained.
5 Add the poppy seeds and stir until evenly dispersed in the mixture.
6 Add the flour and sour cream alternately - start with a third of the amount of flour, add half of the sour cream, continue with another third of flour and repeat.
Mix a little more until a uniform and smooth mixture is obtained.
7 Transfer a quarter of the light mixture to the chocolate mixture and mix until smooth.
8 Pour the light mixture into the molds, leaving some of the mixture aside, pour over the chocolate mixture and cover with a little of the remaining light mixture.
Using a knife or toothpick, create the marble pattern by a gentle folding motion that will cause some of the light mixture at the bottom to surpass the chocolate mixture in a circular motion.
The best way to describe this is to draw a spiral on the pattern.
9 Bake the cakes for about 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cakes comes out dry with moist crumbs.
