Like any human being with a pulse and a smartphone, but without any social skills, manners or demeanor, I stand at the exact angle that most bothers Anat Amram Alon and photograph what looks like the perfect dessert. She smiles generously at me who just faced this morning with at least ten equally bad Instagram nuisances, and signals to me with her eyes that she is not done yet.

To the delicious Instagram page of Walla! Food

on the huge white plate lies in those seconds a wonderfully symmetrical spiral of chocolate cream, and she sprinkles over it cocoa caramel which she has loaded into a spoon from a box of surprises that had hitherto been hidden in the curves of the counter. I shoot again, this time with a triumphant smile, only to find that I have once again taken selfies to the culture.

Anat now pulls out a red drizzle bag from the fridge and fills the plate with mounds of salty pretzel cream. Another photo. Another victory on the way to Story. Another disappointment. what is going on here?

A donor of the macaroons, which are browned from cocoa, has arrived and is nominated at the angles of Simon Bales on the cream and spiral.

I am no longer naive, and look closely at the piece before I click.

It's not over yet.

how.

It.

Yet.

No.

is over.

A metal saucer is approaching for dessert.

Crunchy pearls and salty pretzel crunch flow from it to the few millimeters where nothing sweet has been placed.

You no longer need me to know that this is not the end.

Ice cream, I see.

Milk chocolate ice cream.

She's probably going to finish the masterpiece.

No.

Not even the ice cream.

Anat Amram Alon takes out a salty pretzel sauce and dashes it over the spiral and cream, the crumble and patisserie, the macaroons and cocoa, the pearls and the crunch and the ice cream.

I'm not filming anything anymore.

I'm just unconscious.

You do not have to worry about wooden boards and schedules.

You want dessert

The chocolate adventure described above is just one of five symphonies, all finished, that Amram Alon has been playing for several days on the outskirts of the lobby of the Royal Beach Hotel in Tel Aviv.

The branding of this pop-up is basic - "Anat Amram Alon's perfect dessert" - and is justified in its basicity.

The tall wooden signs announcing the venture are temporary (for now, it should end this coming Friday, though all involved will do well if they decide to extend it, and I am very gentle in that wording), and the star decorating them has already announced she will take them home as soon as they are folded.

You, in any case, do not have to deal with wooden boards and schedules.

You want dessert.

Amram Alon's delicious journey began in South America, continued to Argentine prime-time, passed through some of the most prestigious kitchens in Tel Aviv (Kitchen Market, for example, and Jaffa Tel Aviv), and landed about five years ago at the hotel and the West Side restaurant in its area.

This summer, which brought her to the screen with the addictive sweet reality show "The Perfect Dessert," forced her and her managers to break down a few walls and patterns, both theoretical and practical, and settle into the lobby corner, adjacent to the place's well-maintained and sweet gin bar.

The Tel Aviv bubble.

So what exactly is being eaten here? The menu of one of the standout contestants in the too-short season of “Perfect Dessert” is both solid and grandiose. If you followed the spiral at first without missing a single step, you understand in general terms what is going on here.

Apart from that, there is a spectacular and very summery "Bubbles Fruit Salad" (decoction coconut cake, raspberry coli and sorbet balls with mango, strawberry, banana, cassis, lemon, red grapefruit), which gives contrary to distinct flavors to each "fruit", and also "act in two balloons , Which is a baked cheesecake and crumb cheesecake, both coated in berries and passion fruit, both excel in texture and flavor, and both provide a much sweeter ending than the children’s book has given us.

There is also a "Rose", a kind of spectacular rose, made of cream of my heart and berries, which hides pistachio and decoise pistachio cream, and the mythical "Golden Dog" - a chocolate dog stuffed with vanilla mascarpone cream, milk chocolate and Bayliss cream, crunch sequins, groats and pearls - Who managed to put Jeff Kunz in the arc 12.

The spiral is of course inside too, and on Tu B'Av there will be a limited and hot-red edition of the Bubbles, and even the mixologists behind the counter have joined in, with a dedicated cocktail menu - three "real" (including gin-mango And excellent almond whiskey) and two more innocent ones (white chocolate martinis, for example, that even James Bond would approve of).

Artist-creative performance.

Shall we talk about prices?

Obviously we'll talk about prices.

The pop-up positions itself very high on the economic scale, even in relation to the city that already years ago linked its dessert price index to the worlds of cryptocurrency.

The modest rose costs NIS 58, as do the cheese balloons.

The spiral stops at 64, the bubbles are three shekels higher, while the dog rises to 85 shekels.

The cocktails, by the way, are priced at a surprising NIS 52, probably if you remember how much a cocktail costs in the White City.

So worth it?

not worth it?

How much was it worth to you?

As usual, these are impossible and unanswered questions.

If you live in a vacuum that is full of Excel spreadsheets, then your talkback writes itself.

If you are looking for an experience, a real culinary pastime, which combines an artist-creative performance in front of your eyes (and your smartphone), and a dessert that can be fun for a couple, you are on your way here.

Just come quickly, before the turn, and before Anat packs the walls.
