(ANSA) - MILAN, JUL 19 - The deputy prosecutors of Milan, with the exception of Fabio De Pasquale, among the prosecutors under investigation in Brescia, were summoned by the CSM as part of the "surveillance" activity launched to verify if there were certain situations of incompatibility environmental or functional in the judicial offices of Milan starting from the events of the "Eni case". The calls of most of the deputies of the Chief Prosecutor Francesco Greco, of some prosecutors and also of the President of the Tribunal Roberto Bichi and of the judge Marco Tremolada, who presided over the panel that acquitted all the defendants for the crime on Opl245, were set for 26 and July 27.
