PC gamers are once again disappointed with EA's new “FIFA 22”.
The release of "FIFA 22" * is imminent.
It is the second part of the series that will be released for the new PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X / S consoles.
Thanks to the powerful hardware, the developers can introduce various improvements again.
Pre-orders for “FIFA 22” are now possible.
After PC players were left out of the next-gen features in “FIFA 21” last year, this is repeated again in “FIFA 22”.
If you want to play the game on your computer, you will only receive a version that corresponds to the PS4 and Xbox One versions.
"FIFA 22": Which next-gen features will the game offer?
This year's version of the annual virtual kick was unveiled a few days ago.
EA mainly presented “
HyperMotion
” as a new feature for “FIFA 22”.
It's a type of motion capture that uses machine learning to render more realistic animations that are calculated in real time.
The feature is, however,
only on Xbox PS5 and Series X
/
S
.
Interestingly enough, however, PC gamers will be using Stadia
play the next-gen version.
There is an understandable reason why EA does this with “FIFA 22”.

and justified thus the decision to bring “FIFA 21” onto the market without next-gen features. The PCs of many players are
on average not powerful enough
to play the games smoothly.
In order not to leave a lot of people out in the rain, the decision was made for the last-gen version on the PC.
Games on PCs actually offer the option of turning
the settings down
so that it can be played with the existing hardware.
However, this is not possible if the underlying mechanics of the title already exceed the computing power of the computer.
Although this explanation is understandable, many PC gamers are disappointed with “FIFA 22”.
It remains to be seen, however, whether the advertised “
HyperMotion
” feature will actually be a major innovation, or whether it is just an exaggerated term for EAs marketing.
