Restrictions to enter public places in the Province
are made more flexible for those vaccinated
.
Axel Kicillof announced this Monday that the percentages of capacity allowed for places with the presence of clients will be expanded so that only
people who have the first dose of any of the vaccines
can enter
.
The measure will take effect from
next Monday
because it is necessary to "adapt and adjust procedures to comply with this new modality," according to the Buenos Aires authorities.
The governor explained in a press conference in La Plata that in a week, the municipalities that are in phase II (which until now had prohibited activities of any nature in closed spaces) will allow a
capacity of 30% but with the certification of vaccination
granted by the State of Buenos Aires.
In
phase III
, which had permission for businesses or services in closed places to use up to 30% of their spaces, it will become 50%,
because 20% citizens inoculated against COVID-19
will be
able to enter
.
And, for those who are going through
phase IV
, they will be able to extend
the capacity of public places from 50 to 70%,
always provided that that
extra percentage
has received some of the doses of the antidote against the coronavirus.
Bars and clubs in the province will be able to expand their capacity with clients who are vaccinated.

Kicillof brought forward the announcement of epidemiological measures 24 hours to present other "good news."
It is that 75% of the inhabitants of the province who live in one of the 40 districts included in the Buenos Aires Metropolitan Area (AMBA) will live
with restrictions of the so-called Phase IV.
The new scheme for
Greater Buenos Aires
operates after verifying eight consecutive weeks of loss of positive Covid cases, according to Kicillof.
For this reason, a new reduction in the restrictive measures of social and labor functioning can be applied that allows - as has been said - to
extend the capacity in gyms
, restaurants, breweries and entertainment venues up to 50% of the capacity. And
20% more if the client is inoculated.
But in addition, the
reopening of swimming pools, religious events with up to 100 people
, gyms in closed spaces, outdoor cultural events with up to 100 people
are allowed
. And
bingo halls and casinos reopen.
This is established by the resolution of the Chief of Cabinet signed in April of this year, which established the system of phases in the Province.
It includes, for Phase IV to which the Conurbano entered, the return of sports practices with up to 10 people in the open air or in ventilated spaces (that is, soccer 5, per case).
Now, Kicillof includes the
"vaccine factor"
to enable more social and commercial activities.
To verify that they are vaccinated, the prospective client who wants to enter a place that is "complete" must
show the cardboard that they deliver in the vaccinations
or the
"vaccinate PBA"
app
where the date of the application of the remedy appears.
“The control is in the social responsibility.
A trader knows how many people he can let in and where the limit is.
If you do not respect the regulations and there is an inspection, you will have to
face the consequences ”
, they explained this afternoon in the Government.
It is the same control system that exists until now.
The supervision of the capacity in the gastronomic and night sector is almost nil.
"It is the responsibility of the municipalities," they
said near Kicillof's office.
The inspections and control operations carried out in the Province are headed by
municipal agents.
But not in all jurisdictions there are means to supervise all the premises that have public presence.
