sues
the Solar Therapeutics laboratory, which uses cannabis for curative purposes, for misappropriation of its image, violation of copyright and false advertising.

According to Me David Condon, the actor's counsel, this American pharmacology company used the image of its client, without his consent, for commercial purposes.
Indeed on billboards of the State of Massachussets, extolling the medical cannabis products of Solar Therapeutics one can distinctly recognize Sacha Baron Cohen in the costume of the famous Kazakh reporter Borat Sagdiyev affirming, ostensibly with the thumbs up: "
It's nice ( it's good).
"
$ 9 million in damages
In a press release, Sacha Baron Cohen reiterated that he did not wish to see his image associated with drug use even in a therapeutic form "
so as not to weaken his credibility as an actor and as a serious social activist
”.
The actor, who however sometimes does not shy away from monetizing his notoriety in other commercial operations, has let it be known through his lawyer that he will claim some “
nine million dollars in damages
” from the company Solar Therapeutics .

Apparently, Sacha Baron Cohen seems very litigious when it comes to defending his image as a superstar acrobat.
