Thus the president of the Brothers of Italy, Giorgia Meloni, who defined a possible decision of the government in that sense as "a liberticidal and useless choice". He said this in a press conference in Rome.
"For me it is not an ideological issue but it seems to me that it is being dealt with in this way", he added, underlining that "we must favor the vaccination campaign and to do so we need a transparent, serious campaign that has been lacking in this whole affair".
